How the Writing Portal Works

From blank page to polished paper โ€” every step happens inside Kingdom Keys.

1

Teacher enables Writing for their class

Captains toggle Writing access per student in Fleet Crew settings. Once on, cadets see the Writing Portal in their dashboard immediately.

2

Students create or receive a paper

Cadets can start a free-write paper on any topic, or pick up an assignment their teacher created specifically for them.

3

Write in a distraction-free editor

A clean, focused writing canvas. No clutter, no distractions โ€” just the student's words on the screen. Word count and status update automatically.

4

Writing Assistant reviews the draft

When the student is ready, the built-in Writing Assistant checks grammar, clarity, and sentence structure โ€” offering thoughtful suggestions without rewriting their voice.

5

Submit to teacher for review

Students publish their paper for their teacher to read, comment on, and mark for revision. Teachers can unlock revisions to let students refine their work further.

Writing Prompts Built for Real Schoolwork

Teachers assign meaningful prompts โ€” students respond with their own thoughts, in their own words.

โ€œCompare the journeys of two biblical figures you've studied this year. What challenges did each face, and what can we learn from how they responded?โ€
