These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kingdom Keys (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is operated by The Kingdom Code Project LLC, doing business as Kingdom Keys (collectively, "we," "us," or "our"). We do not publish a street address on this website; official business correspondence and tax documentation may use the legal entity name shown on invoices and receipts.
Teachers create and manage classrooms; students access via supervised credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information.
You agree not to misuse the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for detailed guidelines.
Paid tiers are billed per the plan selected by our payment processor. Charges may appear on your card or bank statement under our legal business name or DBA. Invoices and receipts may show The Kingdom Code Project LLC and/or Kingdom Keys. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plans may change with notice.
We retain all rights to the Service and content. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including children’s data with parental/teacher oversight.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. For a high-level overview, see our Security page.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time through your account controls.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these Terms. We will post updates with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
